Our History
Nsovo Construction has been involved in the construction industry for 12 years. The company is involved, but not limited, to the following sectors: building, civils, mining, and rail. Over the years, Nsovo Construction has build a strong reputation for providing excellent service to both the private and public sectors.
Nsovo Construction is a 100% black owned company and proud to be level 1 B-BBEE contributor in terms of the Department of Trade and Industry’s codes of Good Practice.

Nsovo Construction’s vision is to be a leading construction company committed to the development and empowering of the previously disadvantaged individuals in the construction industry throughout South Africa, by ensuring some level of community participation in all its projects.
Also, to provide all its clients with the highest possible standard of service, within a reasonable time, in a cost efficient manner, without compromising on the quality of the service rendered.

Training
We place great emphasis on the training and development of all employees. Through our in-house mentorship and coaching, the needs of employees are identified and training programs are implemented in order to effectively develop individual’s growth and performance.
Health, Safety and Environment
Our mission is to maintain excellent standards in safety, health and environment control in all areas of the company. We provide education and training programs to equip our staff and subcontractors with tools and knowledge that enables them to mitigate the risk of injuries in the workplace.
